As a Loan Officer of Developer’s Mortgage Company, I would like to take this time to personally thank each client past or present for their loyal business.  A warm gratitude for all the referrals that my past clients have recommended.  They are not only heartwarming but necessary. Given today’s fast paced life, I really appreciate it when a client takes the time to recommend me to a friends or family member. There is no better praise that I could receive.  

A little about me for all new clients.  I started working in Real Estate Industry in 1960 as an escrow secretary for my mother’s Escrow Company (title company).  It was a challenging and very detail-oriented position.  I finished high school at the same time and went on many different work adventures during those young years.  I went to college and received my Cosmology license.  After a few years I went to work for my Step-father whom was a contractor of custom homes.  I worked helping customers pick out their floor plans, items for their new home (cabinets, appliances, flooring and etc.).  Taking what I learned from that position, I then became a licensed, general contractor.  With my husband being a general contractor, we could build custom homes together.  We built homes in California, Texas, Rhode Island and Louisiana. In the early 1990’s after relocating to Florida, and I found a calling in the real estate sales.  

In 2005, my husband and I moved to Hawaii, where I became a licensed Loan Originator and found great satisfaction helping my clients obtain home mortgages to purchase homes of their dreams.  In today’s digital world, I now work from a virtual office in Florida.  As you can see by those dates, you know that I am a mature career person (old).  Working with me is like working with a “professional mom” – you can never ask too many questions.  Because of my experience, I am here to help you.

In my time away from the business, I am married to a wonderful man who spent 21 years in the military protecting all of us.  I’m a mother of 6 wonderful boys, grandmother to 13 and a great grandmother to 15.  I’m on the board at our church which gives me opportunity to help with a lot of projects.  My husband and I give our time and resources to help homeless people in our area through our church.  Our congregation has a program that feeds the homeless and less fortunate every Tuesday plus if they need clothing, furniture or advice about dealing with life, we try to find items that they need and counsel them.
